Akliz has not only the absolute best servers, but also the absolute best service. Even on weekends when they're not technically supposed to be working, I most often have my issues sorted out for me within a few hours at most. They also do daily backups so if there are any serious problems, they can roll the server back with minimal loss of progress. I have never had a negative experience with them, but many positive ones, and I can't imagine using any other host for my servers.
